Effective year: 2026

Scope and contact

This notice explains the data behaviour of the Coconut Shuffle Bazaar static website and its message-preparation tool. For privacy questions, write to [email protected]. This website does not require an account or provide an online purchasing service.

What happens when you read a page

Your browser requests page files, images, CSS and JavaScript from the website’s hosting service. Delivering these requests involves technical information such as your IP address, requested address and browser information. Hosting infrastructure may retain access or security logs according to its operational configuration. This notice does not assert a specific hosting provider, log-retention period or server location.

The site’s own code contains no advertising trackers, analytics integrations, remote fonts or embedded third-party media. Reading a guide does not send your contact-tool fields to a server.

The message tool stays on your device

The contact tool processes the name or alias, email address, topic and message you enter in your browser. It combines them into plain text for preview. The tool does not submit the text, create a server-side record or save fields to localStorage or cookies.

Choosing Copy writes the prepared text to your system clipboard if permission and browser support allow it. Choosing Download creates a local text file. Clipboard history, device synchronisation, browser autofill and downloaded files are controlled by your device and browser, not this website. Avoid sensitive information and remove local copies when no longer needed.

If you send an email

Opening an email link launches your chosen email application. A message is transmitted only when you send it through that service. If received, correspondence may include your address, message contents and mail metadata. It may be used to consider your question, investigate a correction, respond where appropriate or address security and legal issues.

Share only information relevant to your request. Do not include medical records, payment information, account passwords or detailed security arrangements. Email is not a guaranteed confidential or emergency channel. Correspondence should be kept only as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations; no fixed retention period is promised here.

Storage, consent and external links

The archive’s own navigation, hazard tabs and message tool do not require cookies or persistent browser storage. If a separate consent interface is provided by the publishing system, consult its displayed information for the storage and services it controls. See the cookie notice for the distinction.

Following an external source link takes you to another organisation’s site, which has its own privacy practices. Your browser may transmit technical information, including referrer information according to its settings and policy.

Your choices and rights

You can read the guides without entering personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal information held about you, and to contact a relevant supervisory authority. Send requests to the email above; verification may be needed to protect information belonging to others.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian with a concern may contact us. Privacy information may change if website functions change; review this page before using a new function or sharing information.
